Ground Rules

  • Ball striking any forward facing green padded dugout or photographer well railing, is considered a live ball.
  • Ball going in, through or over any dugout or photographer well is considered dead. A pitched ball is one base, while a thrown ball is two bases.
  • Ball striking guy-wires that support the backstop is considered dead. A batted ball is dead, a pitched ball is one base, and a thrown ball is two bases.
  • Foul poles and attached yellow screen are in fair territory. Ball striking either the pole or attached screen is a home run.
  • Batted ball in fair territory getting stuck under the tarp or field wall pads is considered dead. A dead ball awards the batter two bases.
