A

Alcoholic Beverages:
No alcoholic beverages are allowed into the parking lot or the ballpark. California law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Therefore, any fans under the age of 40 should be prepared to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at the ballpark. Beer sales at concession stands will end at the conclusion of the eighth inning. Fans are not allowed to take any alcoholic beverages out of Angel Stadium of Anaheim.

All-Star Balloting:
All-Star ballots will be available to fans from approximately the beginning of May through the first week of July. Ushers will distribute the ballots to fans during the game and completed forms should be dropped in ballot boxes on the concourses. Ballots will also be accepted through the online voting system.

Autographs:
Fans are permitted to seek autographs from players along the railing of the following sections 101-103 and 133-135 up to 40 minutes prior to the start of the game, or until the end of batting practice, whichever comes first. All fans will be asked to find their seat location when the batting cage is removed from the home plate area. Please be considerate by not inconveniencing fans seated in these areas when attempting to get autographs.

Automatic Teller Machines:
There are three Automatic Teller Machines located on the Field Level Concourse of the ballpark. They can be found by the escalators at Section 110 (first base side), Section 126 (third base side), and View Level, Section 418/520. If you have trouble while using the ATM, please note that no member of the ballpark staff has a key to open the ATM to retrieve lost cards or money. You should contact your financial institution to resolve the problem the next business day.

Baby Diaper Changing Stations
All public restrooms, including family restrooms, throughout the ballpark have baby diaper changing stations.

Bags and Backpacks
In accordance with Major League Baseball security measures, no large bags or backpacks will be allowed inside Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Bags that measure 16" long by 16" tall by 8" wide or smaller will be permitted inside the facility. All bags are subject to search before entering Angel Stadium of Anaheim.

Banners & Signs:
All banners and signs brought into the ballpark must meet the following guidelines: they must be baseball related and in good taste (as determined by Angels Baseball) cannot be commercial, political or obscene in nature; are not allowed anywhere within the playing field; may not be affixed to any ballpark wall, staff or pole; cannot cover up any advertising in the ballpark; and must be limited in size to 3 feet tall by 12 feet wide and be made of a fire retardant material.

Batting Practice:
Batting practice begins two hours before the start of each game. Infield practice starts 40 minutes before the scheduled first pitch. All times are approximate and subject to change.

Beach Balls:
For the safety of all guests, players and employees, beach balls are not allowed inside the ballpark. Any fan bringing in a beach ball or inflating one during a game will be subject to ejection from Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Please do not partake in hitting or chasing after a beach ball as it may disturb and/or injure another fan.

Bottles & Cans
No one is allowed to bring in any glass or plastic bottles or aluminum cans into the ballpark. If a fan is found to be in possession of these items inside the ballpark, he or she will be subject to ejection from the ballpark.

Brick Program:
Fans can purchase a personalized brick that will be placed in front of the Home Plate Gate. Bricks can be purchased for $99 and then engraved with your name or message. You can also purchase a replica brick with the same inscription to keep at home or at work. Order your brick online »

Bullpens:
The bullpens are located behind the outfield wall in left field. The Angels bullpen is right behind the outfield wall, while the visiting team bullpen is closer to the Left Field Pavilion area. Please do not seek autographs from players after the end of batting practice, or roughly 40 minutes before the start of the game.

Bus Parking
Bus and oversized vehicle parking is located through the Orangewood Avenue bus entrance and will be directed to the parking area.

Bus Service:
The Orange County Transportation Authority has bus service to the ballpark. Residents in Orange County should call 636-RIDE or 800-636-RIDE if outside the area for more information on bus schedules.

Cameras:
Still photography and hand-held video cameras for personal use are allowed in the ballpark. Per MLB restrictions game action cannot be recorded. Professional photography equipment, cameras with lenses larger than four inches and camera support pods are not permitted. Please be courteous to those around you when taking pictures. Please do not stand at the bottom of an aisle to take pictures.

Cellular Phones:
Cellular phones are allowed inside the ballpark as long as their use does not interrupt or disturb another fan's enjoyment of the game.

Children's Tickets
Children under two years of age are not required to have a ticket.

Club Level:
The Club Level is restricted to only those fans that have tickets for that level of the ballpark. All Club Level ticket holders are allowed the use of the two club lounges located on the concourse and overlook the Plaza Courtyard area. All season ticket holders on the Club Level are allowed access to the Knothole Club restaurant, located by the right field foul pole. There are a total of 68 suites on the Club Level, including four Party Suites that are available on a single game basis. Club Level Lounges:
On both the first and third base side of the Club Level, the outdoor lounges are available to all Club Level ticket holders. These two lounges areas are located by Sections 314 and 338 and offer a view of the Courtyard area. Monitors located in the lounges will keep Guests aware of what's happening on the field while they are away from their seats.

Club Level Suites:
There are a total of 68 suites on the Club Level including 4 Party Suites and 12 Platinum Suites. Available suites can be rented on a single game basis by calling the Angels sales office at (888) 796-HALO (4256). Just as for any other section in the ballpark. Guests must have tickets to be inside a suite.

Courtyard Areas
When Guests first pass through the turnstiles at Angel Stadium of Anaheim, they will walk through the Outdoor Courtyard Area. This area contains two large food courts, one each on the first and third base sides. A bronze statue of Gene Autry welcomes all Guests that enter the ballpark through Gate 2. A statue of Michelle Carew can be seen as Guests enter Gate 3. The Music Garden is located on the third base side by Gate 1.

Diamond Club:
Fans entering through the Home Plate Gate will notice the Diamond Club restaurant, a full-service restaurant and bar. Only fans with Diamond Club season tickets located directly behind home plate on the Field Level are allowed access to this area. In-seat waiter/waitress service is available in the Diamond Club, along with an outdoor dining section.

Diamond Club Restaurant:
Located on the Field Level by the Home Plate Gate, the Diamond Club Restaurant is limited to Guests who have tickets in the Diamond Club seating area or suite owners. The full service restaurant and bar provides signature dishes and an all-you-can-eat chef's table buffet and wine selection. The restaurant is open 1 1/2 hours prior to the start of each Angels home game. Reservations are recommended and can be made up to three days in advance (Monday-Friday 10am - 3pm). Reservations can be made by calling (714) 940-2470. For Monster Truck and Supercross reservations please call (714) 940-2463.

Disabled Parking:
Disabled parking is located outside Gates 1-6 and the Home Plate Gate. Parking cashiers and attendants will direct those fans with a valid state-issued disabled parking permit and/or a disabled license plate to these areas.

Disabled Seating:
Over 500 wheelchair, semi-ambulatory, and companion tickets are available throughout the ballpark.

The Americans with Disabilities Act and several California State Laws were enacted to promote equal access for everyone. Angels Baseball LP strives to provide accessible seating to our patrons needing specific accommodations and to ensure that wheelchair-accessible locations are reserved for guests who require such an accommodation.

Angels Baseball will provide full wheelchair accessible seating in spaces or locations designated as such and no permanent fixed chair will be provided for these locations. A fixed companion seat will only be available adjacent to every designated wheelchair space.

Gifting or reselling of seats to an individual who does not require a wheelchair accommodation, will require that the user visit the Angels Ticket Office prior to the game and exchange their ticket. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to communicate this policy to the ticket user. Angels Baseball LP may exchange wheelchair accessible game tickets for more appropriate seat locations, subject to availability. Tickets purchased from StubHub are not exchangeable. The StubHub web site has the disabled symbol/icon by wheelchair seats; for those who select wheelchair seats but do not require this accommodation, they will not be relocated and the tickets will not be exchanged.

Angels Baseball LP offers a limited amount of semi-ambulatory seating for customers requesting special accommodations who do not require the use of a wheelchair. These types of seats are available in select locations of Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Please contact the Angels Ticket Office at (714) 634-2000 for more information, availability and seat locations.

Dugout Suites:
There are 10 Dugout Suites located in between the Angels' and the visitors' dugouts. A total of twelve people per suite can enjoy a view of the game where they are closer to home plate than the pitcher. For more information call (714) 940-2159.

Elevators:
There are two elevators available to all fans at the ballpark; one is located by the right field foul pole (near Section 134) and the other is by the left field foul pole (near Section 101). Platinum Suite and Dugout Suite ticket holders can use the two elevators located behind home plate.

Escalators:
There are two sets of escalators, located by Gates 1 and 4, at the ballpark. The escalators run upwards before and during most of the game. In the later innings, the escalators are reversed to run downward to make exiting the ballpark quicker and easier.

First Aid Room:
The First Aid room is located on the Field Level by Section 113. It will be staffed from the time gates open until 30 minutes after the end of the event. Certified Medical Personnel are available to treat all Guests and Team Member injuries.

All medical exceptions must be cleared through First Aid.

Food Service - Aramark Sports and Entertainment:
Aramark Sports and Entertainment is responsible for the concession stands and the hawkers as well as the food service in the Diamond Club and Knothole Club restaurants, all suites and the in-seat servers.

Foul Balls:
Fans should be aware of bats and balls leaving the playing field at all times. Fans are welcome to keep any foul ball landing in the seating areas. Any fan interfering with a ball in play will be subject to ejection from the ballpark. Out of respect for others sitting around you, please be cautious when attempting to catch any object that enters the seating area.

Ground Rules:

1. Ball striking any forward facing green padded dugout or photographer well railing is considered a live ball.
2. Ball going in, through or over any dugout or photographer well is considered dead. A pitched ball is one base, while a thrown ball is two bases.
3. Ball striking guy-wires that support the backstop is considered dead. A batted ball is dead, a pitched ball is one base, and a thrown ball is two bases.
4. Foul poles and attached yellow screen are in fair territory. Ball striking either the pole or attached screen is a home run.
5. Batted ball in fair territory getting stuck under the tarp or field wall pads is considered dead. A dead ball awards the batter two bases.

Groups of 25 or more can save big while they enjoy a day at the ballpark. In fact, we have set aside a number of games for special half-price ticket offers. Guest Conduct:
The event staff at the ballpark is here to make sure that fans are provided with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Angels Baseball expects all fans to follow these rules while inside the gates:

• Fans interfering with other fans' ability to enjoy the game will be subject to ejection.
• Fans wearing obscene or indecent clothing, as determined by Angels Baseball, will not be admitted inside the ballpark.
• Fans using foul or abusive language or gestures are subject to ejection from the ballpark.
• Fans interfering with the progress of the game or going on the field will be ejected from the ballpark and subject to arrest. Fans observing other fans violating these policies or taking away from the enjoyment of the game should report the situation to one of the ballpark ushers.

Guest Relations Office:
The Guest Relations Office is located on the Field Level concourse by Section 107. Concierges are available to make sure your trip to the ballpark is a pleasant one. The Guest Relations Center is open from the time the gates open until the ballpark is cleared. Fans may obtain information, offer suggestions, voice concerns and/or request assistance at this location.

Homeplate Club
The Homeplate Club is no longer open to the public on game days. The Homeplate Club is available for private receptions on non-event days and should be booked through the Aramark Sports and Entertainment catering staff. Party Locations Information: click here.

Knothole Club:
The Knothole Club restaurant is located on the Club Level by the Right Field foul pole next to Section 348. This restaurant offers both inside and outdoor dining and is available to only Club Level season ticket holders. The Knothole Club is available for private receptions on non-event days and should be booked through the Aramark Sports and Entertainment catering staff. Party Locations Information: click here.

Table dining is available both inside and outside. The a la carte menu offers a wide variety of appetizers and desserts. Reservations are not required but are accepted. Reservations can be made three business days in advance by calling 714-940-2470 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 10:00AM and 3:00PM.

Lost Items:
Any item that has been lost or found during a game should be reported to the Guest Relations Office by Section 107. All items found will be kept for 30 days in the Guest Relations Office. Any fan losing an item should call (714) 940-2115 and leave a detailed description of the item, date of event and a phone number (including area code) where you can be reached.

Lost Children:
Every child should be told to contact an usher should they become separated from his or her family or group. A lost child will be taken to the Guest Relations Center on the Field Level by Section 107. Lost parents should follow the same procedure.

National Anthem Performances:

Noisemakers:
Fans are not permitted to bring in any type of noisemakers or musical instruments into the stadium. Exceptions to the rule are team issued items such as "Halo Sticks".

Outfield Extravaganza:
Located beyond the Center Field wall, the Outfield Extravaganza area was created to be the signature piece of Angel Stadium of Anaheim. The Outfield Extravaganza area was built to model the rocky California coastline and comes to life with a 90-foot high geyser, fireworks and pyrotechnics to celebrate great plays or special moments on the field. This area is designed to be viewed, not explored; any fan attempting to climb or enter this area will be subject to ejection from the ballpark.

Paging:
Because of many requests, paging is not permitted except in cases that are deemed to be life-threatening emergencies by Angels Baseball. If you need paging, please contact the Guest Relations Center at Section 107.

Parking:
There are three entrances into the Angel Stadium of Anaheim parking lot, via Douglass Road, State College Boulevard, and Orangewood Avenue. The parking lot opens two and a half hours prior to the start of the scheduled first pitch. Please follow the directions of the parking staff upon entering the lot. Day of game parking is $8.00 and oversized vehicles (greater than 20 feet in length) are $16.00. The bus parking lot is located near the Orangewood Avenue entrance. Season ticket holders with parking coupons should use the Express Entry Lane on Orangewood Avenue.

Party Suites:
There are four party suites on the Club Level that are available for rent on an individual game basis. Party Suites are a terrific way for family, friends and co-workers to enjoy a day out at the ballpark. For more information, call 888-796-HALO (4256).

Pay Phones
Pay phones are located throughout the ballpark and the Plaza Courtyard area. Ushers can direct you to the closest pay phone locations.

Picnic Area:
Located behind the Outfield Extravaganza area on the Terrace Level concourse, the Center Field Picnic Area is open to all fans. There is seating for 400 fans, on a first come, first serve basis.

Plaza Courtyard Area
As soon as you pass through the turnstiles, all fans walk through the Plaza Courtyard Area. Colored concrete pavers and beautiful landscaping has transformed this space into a great area to enjoy while at the ballpark. There are two food courts, with five different food locations at each.

Press Box:
The Baseball Press Box is located on the Terrace Level directly behind home plate. There is permanent seating for one hundred members of the media. Only working media with a credential or press pass will be admitted into this area.

Radios/Televisions:
Hand-held radios and televisions are welcome inside the ballpark as long as they do not interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game. Angels Baseball reserves the right to ask any fan to discontinue the use of such devices.

Rain Checks:
In the event that a game is officially postponed due to rain, tickets for that game will be considered rain checks. Rainout policies are different for each game. A policy will be announced after the game is officially postponed.

Any game suspended after 5 innings is considered to be a complete or legal game, or when the Angels are in the lead after 4 1/2 innings. Suspended game tickets cannot be exchanged. Complimentary ($0.00 value) tickets do not apply to normal rain check policies, and therefore are not exchangeable.

Ramps:
There are five sets of access ramps that allow fans to reach the four concourse levels. Two sets are located on the third base side, two sets on the first base side and one set out in right field. The ramps are designated as smoking areas at the ballpark.

Readmittance into the ballpark:
Once you enter Angel Stadium of Anaheim, you may exit and then re-enter through the Home Plate Gate only with a valid hand stamp and your ticket stub. Ticket stubs must be retained throughout the game to allow ushers to verify the seat location to which the holder is entitled.

Restrooms:
There are restrooms located on all concourses throughout the ballpark. All restrooms have diaper changing stations available and are accessible to guests that are physically disabled.

Scoreboard Messages:
Fans can now purchase scoreboard messages for birthdays and anniversaries online. The cost of the scoreboard message is $30 and all proceeds are donated to the Angels Foundation.

Season Tickets:
If you are interested in information about season seats, please place a deposit now or call (888) 796-HALO during regular business hours.

Season Ticket Holder Special Information:
If you are having trouble logging into your Angels account, try logging in with your account ID first rather than your e-mail address. If that does not work, then click "forgot your password" and an e-mail with your password will be sent to you. If problems persist, then call your Account Executive.

In mid-March, your season tickets will be mailed to you by UPS; a signature is required for UPS to release the tickets to you. After three failed attempts to deliver your tickets, the tickets will be returned to the Angels Box office; at that point call your Account Executive.

Seating Sections:
The numbering of sections starts at the left field foul pole. The numbering of sections is sequential, with Field Level Section 101 next to Section 102. There are five different levels of seating at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. The 100 level is Field Level seating, the 200 level is Terrace Level seating, the 300 level is Club Level seating, the 400 level is Lower View seating and the 500 level is View seating. Fans can check the Section number and Row letter at the end of each row. Please do not hesitate to ask an usher for assistance in finding your correct seat.

Service Dogs:
Animals are not permitted within the ballpark with the exception of certified service dogs for fans with disabilities.

Smoking:
For the health and comfort of others, smoking will not be permitted in the seating areas, suites, concourses and restrooms. Smoking will be allowed in designated areas such as the ramps and the Plaza Courtyard area. Fans who fail to comply with this policy may be subject to ejection from the ballpark.

Strollers
Strollers are allowed at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. They must be collapsible to be stored under your seats. If the stroller is too large to fit under your seats then it can be checked at Guest Relations near aisle 108.

Tailgating:
Guests are prohibited from engaging in the following in the Angel Stadium of Anaheim parking lot: selling food or beverages of any kind; preparing food or beverages of any kind where such preparation necessitates the use of an object or practice that is deemed by Angels Baseball LP to be unsafe, hazardous, or posing a threat of injury to guests, participants, officials, or individuals employed at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Any tailgating in the Angel Stadium of Anaheim parking lot will be conducted according to the following policies:

• Alcohol consumption in the parking lot is illegal. AMC 7.16.010.010
• Tailgating is permitted only within the designated areas, as determined by Angels Baseball LP
• Outside catering is prohibited.
  
• Only approved gas/propane barbecue units with fuel valve turn-off may be used. (AMC 11.04.095)
• No vehicle may occupy more than one parking space. (AMC 14.32.140)

Taxi Service:
Fans that request taxi service should stop by the Guest Relations Center and have a concierge call a taxi for them.

TDD Phones:
TDD phones are text phones for persons with hearing or speech impairments. Text telephones provide a keyboard input and visual display output to callers and receiving parties connected over standard telephone lines and networks. A TDD phone is located by the Home Plate Gate on the Field Level concourse.

Television Broadcasts:
