Angel Stadium Ground Rules

Everyone has to play by the rules - here are the ones specific to watching games at Angel Stadium of Anaheim.
  • Ground Rules

    • Ball striking any forward facing green padded dugout or photographer well railing, is considered a live ball.
    • Ball striking guy-wires that support the backstop is considered dead. A batted ball is dead, a pitched ball is one base, and a thrown ball is two bases.
    • Foul poles and attached yellow screen are in fair territory. Ball striking either the pole or attached screen is a home run.
    • Batted ball in fair territory getting stuck under the tarp or field wall pads is considered dead. A dead ball awards the batter two bases.
