Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Sponsor: Marriott International, Inc., NALO Operations Western Region, 1301 Dove Street, Suite 500, Newport Beach, CA 92660. Administrator: ePrize, LLC, One ePrize Drive, Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069.

3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on July 15, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on September 5, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit www.angelsbaseball.com and click on the click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. Complete and submit the online entry form, including a valid email address, a phone number where you can be reached during normal business hours on or around September 8, 2008 and a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. By successfully transmitting your completed online entry form as directed, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive (a) commercial emails from Marriott, the Angels and/or MLB.com; and/or (b) mobile text messages and updates from MLB.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such emails or mobile text messages and updates. Standard messaging rates apply to mobile text messages and updates. Check with your mobile service provider for more information. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) responsible for assigning email addresses has assigned the email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. Finalist and Winner Selection and Requirements: Finalists and winners will be selected according to the process set forth below.

    a. Finalist Drawings and Requirements: During the Promotion Period, Administrator will randomly select three (3) potential finalists on or around September 8, 2008 from among the eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Each potential finalist must sign, execute and return to Administrator, within two (2) days after the date and time notice or attempted notice is sent, a Liability & Publicity Release and any and all additional release agreements required by Sponsor or Administrator. If a potential finalist fails to do so, if he/she does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in Section 1 (above), or if he/she is disqualified for any other reason, an alternate potential finalist will be selected in his/her place, up to three (3) alternate potential finalists, if time permits, after which the potential finalist opportunity will remain un-award. Each confirmed finalist ("Finalist"), or his/her respective Proxy (defined below), will be required to attend the Angels' Game at the Angel Stadium of Anaheim on September 27, 2008 (the "Game"); and he/she must confirm that he/she plans to attend the Game by calling Administrator before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the morning of the Game. Finally, each Finalist must present driver's license at the Game as proof of identity and must otherwise meet and comply with all requirements of these Official Rules. If a Finalist is eligible, but he or she cannot attend the Game, then he or she may send or appoint a representative who meets the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 1 (the "Proxy") to take his or her place (subject to Sponsor's approval). The Proxy must follow the same rules that the Finalist, and, if the Proxy wins the Grand Prize, the original Finalist will be deemed the winner. The Proxy will not receive a prize or any other consideration for his/her participation.

    b. Grand Prize Drawing: Each Finalist must meet Administrator in the Angels Corporate Office located at Angel Stadium of Anaheim, 2000 Gene Autry Way, Anaheim, CA 92806 at a time designated by Sponsor prior to the Game. If a Finalist fails to appear and/or is unable to appear at that time and place due to unforeseen circumstances, Sponsor will appoint a Proxy on Finalist's behalf, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 5(a), above. The three (3) Finalists will appear on the field at a time determined by Sponsor and the Angels at their sole discretion. Each Finalist will select one (1) of three (3) baseballs from a bag. Sponsor will randomly select, in its sole discretion, the order in which each Finalist selects the baseball from the bag. Baseballs will either be red, white or blue. An animated video car race will run, showing three cars, one red, one white and one blue. When the race is over, the Finalist holding the baseball of the same color as the winning car will be the potential Grand Prize winner. The other two (2) Finalists will be potential First Prize winners. The potential Grand Prize winner will be provided with an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release, which he/she must sign and return to Administrator within ten (10) days of the drawing, or the prize will be forfeited and the potential winner disqualified. If the potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified for this or any other reason, then Sponsor, through Administrator, reserves the right to randomly select from the remaining Finalists an alternate potential Grand Prize winner. If Sponsor is unable to confirm a winner from among the Finalists, then Sponsor, through Administrator, reserves the right to select a Grand or First Prize winner (if applicable) from among the remaining eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among the non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH PERSON, AND SPONSOR AND THE MLB ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of cancellation of a Grand Prize Drawing due to fewer than three (3) Finalists attending the Game; fraud; or cancellation, postponement, or suspension of Game for any reason; or a decision by the Sponsor, Major League Baseball, umpires, or other baseball authorities to complete Game but not to permit the Grand Prize Drawing (each such contingency referred to collectively as an "Impaired Game,") Sponsor reserves the right to (1) award the Grand Prize and First Prizes for the Impaired Game at random to the identified Finalists in a manner designated by Administrator in its sole discretion; (2) postpone the Grand Prize Drawing (the time and date of such "rain date" determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) until such time as Administrator can identify and validate alternates for any disqualified Finalists (if applicable); or (3) postpone the Grand Prize Drawing until such time as the impairing contingency has been removed. Failure to meet and comply with any of the conditions of entry or the Official Rules will result in immediate disqualification and the forfeiture of any prizes awarded, NO EXCEPTIONS.

If, for any reason, an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
