What skills are useful to be a Strike Force Member?
Even though the Strike Force does not perform cheers, it is helpful to have a background related to cheer squads or stage. Members should be comfortable in front of the camera and large crowds. As an ambassador for the Angels, a good knowledge of the team and baseball in general is valuable. Prospective Strike Force members should also be able to work independently, be good communicators, and poses an energetic personality.

What is the time commitment?
Strike Force members are part-time seasonal employees. They work during Angel home games, plus various community and promotional-related events from February through October. A typical workday is five hours long and requires weekend and holiday availability.
