Q: What happens if I don't have access to the Internet?
A: We will only accept reservations requests via online in order to provide the fairest method where accounts have access to the reservation process "simultaneously." Requests via telephone, email or USPS mail will be denied.
Q: What happens if my spam blocker blocks Angels Baseball official emails?
A: It is your responsibility to remove all spam or viral software that may prevent you from receiving or sending pertinent information about this program.
Q: When or how will I know I have been confirmed for the event?
A: You will receive an email confirmation from the Angels on or around Friday, July 16.
Q: How can I find out my Season Seat Holder account number?
A: Contact your Client Service Representative during normal business hours at (888) 796-HALO (4256). You will be asked some general questions in order to identify and verify that you are the account holder.
Q: Can I send my niece, nephew, grandchildren, or other relatives instead? How about if my seats are corporately held and I want to extend the invitation to a key customer?
A: The event is extended to children of season holders and extended family does fall into this classification. As for the transferability of the invitation to a VIP of a corporate season seat account, we will consider these on a case-by-case basis and verify the authenticity of the request.
Q: Can I send a guardian with my child to the event?
A: Yes, please provide a proxy letter for your guardian to use at check-in.
Q: What are the allowed ages of participation?
A: Between 8-14 years old only. We cannot make any exceptions to the age limitations. Kids 8-11 year olds will attend the clinic on Friday, July 23rd. Children 12-14 years old will attend the clinic on Friday, August 20th.
Q: What should the children wear?
A: Children may wear baseball uniforms or summer outdoor wear. They must wear closed-toe athletic shoes only. Hats and sunscreen are recommended.
Q: Can they bring their baseball mitt/glove?
A: Yes.
Q: Can they wear their cleats?
A: NO cleats will be allowed.
Q: Can I bring my camera?
A: Yes. However, parents will not be have access to field and must take photos from seating areas.
Q: Will there by autographs available?
A: NO autographs will be allowed during the clinic. Players are not scheduled to appear and coaches and broadcasters are subject to change without prior notice.
Q: Will there be food provided?
A: Complimentary water and snacks will be provided for participants.
Q: What happens if my child gets lost?
A: The Angels will provide event staff throughout the event to direct parents and participants to their scheduled location and seating areas. All participants will be dismissed at the same time at the conclusion of the event and we ask parents to meet their child(ren) near the entrance to the field. If parents become separated from their child(ren), parents will be directed to the lost and found location at Guest Relations adjacent the check-in area and near section 107 as well as adjacent to Gate 1 entrance.
Q: Do I have to pay for parking?
A: No. Parking is free.
Q: Will parents/guardians be allowed on field?
A: No. You will be allowed to view clinic from seating areas.
Q: Where will parents/guardians sit during clinic?
A: Seating will be available in Left Field Pavilion or along the Left Field Box seating area.
