It is best to book your Braves VIP Experience as early as possible, however there is no set timeframe for reserving your date. Each date is subject to availability and some games fill up faster than others. Dates fill quickly and are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Payment is required in full to secure your date. No refunds will be issued.

How much do VIP Experiences cost?
The Braves VIP Experience and Ultimate VIP Experience packages both bundle various independent experiences to create the best experience at Turner Field. The specific price will depend on the game date choice.
$150 - $250 per adult for the VIP Experience*
$100 - $200 per child (ages 3 - 12) for the VIP Experience*
$350 - $450 per adult for the ULTIMATE VIP Experience*
$300 - $400 per child (ages 3 - 12) for the ULTIMATE VIP Experience*

Will I get an autograph or photo with my favorite player?
We leave autographs & photos at the discretion of each individual player, therefore we cannot guarantee autographs nor photos with players during this experience. The ULTIMATE VIP Package does include one pre-signed autographed item per person.
What if batting practice is cancelled?
Batting practice for both teams is never guaranteed and always subject to cancellation without prior notification. Your VIP Ambassador will still escort you onto the field for photo opportunities and will continue your tour. No refunds are given for cancelled batting practices. Teams are less likely to hold batting practices on day games.
What is the rainout policy?
In the event that a rainout occurs, your VIP Concierge will assist you with rescheduling your VIP Experience (pending availability).
What if I haven't purchased my game tickets yet?
We have VIP game tickets in preferred locations reserved for guests purchasing this VIP Experience. You can purchase game tickets at braves.com/vip when you are booking your VIP Experience. Be sure to select corresponding game dates for both your VIP Experience and Game Tickets. You will receive a $10 added value for use on concessions and retail onto each game ticket purchased through braves.com/vip.
Where are the ticket locations for game seats?
The VIP Experience guests can purchase tickets in the Henry Aaron, Home Dugout, Visitor's Dugout, Terrace Infield, and Club Infield locations during their purchase process at braves.com/vip. Click here for a map of these sections.
Is the VIP Experience handicapped accessible?
The VIP Experience is completely handicapped accessible. If you need special assistance with game tickets or tour accommodations, please communicate beforehand with our VIP Concierge when making your itinerary. We have wheelchairs available for use.
What is an Alumni Meet & Greet?
On select Sundays, we can offer VIP Alumni Meet and Greets where you are escorted to our Braves Alumni Suite during the 3rd inning of the game. You will receive autographs and one-on-one photo opportunities with the Alumni scheduled to appear during that game. There is an additional charge of $50 per person for this feature.
Where and when is the LED Board Message displayed?
All VIP Experience packages include a personalized LED Board Message, which must be submitted at least one week prior to your game. Your message has a limit of 75 characters, including spaces and punctuation. The Braves have the right to refuse inappropriate messages. Your message will be displayed during the game, in between at-bats, (not during play) on both ribbon LED boards which are above both dugouts, below our Club Level.

How do I book the VIP Experience?
Click on the green "Book VIP Experience Packages" button. You will be prompted to select the game date for your experience. If you would like to purchase game tickets, scroll down and also select the corresponding game date for your game tickets. The next screen will allow you to select the number of adults and youth (ages 3-12) for both your VIP Experience and Game Tickets.
If you are also getting game tickets, you will be asked to select the section you'd like to purchase seats in (Henry Aaron, Dugouts, Terrace Infield, Club Level Infield, or Best Available).
Once you select your game dates for both your experience and tickets (if needed), and the number of adults and youth for each, you will be guided through the purchase process.
You will be contacted once your order is complete within a week by our VIP Concierge who will design your itinerary and answer any additional questions.
Can my children do the VIP Experience by themselves?
No, each child 12-years-old and younger must be accompanied by at least one adult.
