Every Sunday home game, the Orioles, in partnership with GEICO, donate a catered private suite to wounded service members and other active duty and veteran military organizations. Guests are also treated to a special player meet and greet before the game, recognition during the playing of "God Bless America" in the 7th inning, and will receive Orioles player t-shirts. Participating players in 2015 include ZACH BRITTON, BRAD BRACH, CHRIS DAVIS, J.J. HARDY, TOMMY HUNTER, DARREN O'DAY, CHRIS TILLMAN AND MATT WIETERS. Participating groups have included Fort Meade, Luke's Wings, Operation Homefront, Red Circle Foundation, USO, Warrior Events, and Yellow Ribbon Fund.

Again in 2015, Darren O'Day made a donation based on his on-field performance to Luke's Wings, a non-profit military organization dedicated to the support of current and former service members who have been wounded in battle. O'Day donated $50 for every batter he struck out, after having raised $6,010 in 2013 and 2014 combined. Learn More »
