Fenway Park Access Guide

Accessible Parking Spaces

There are a limited number of public designated accessible parking spaces located around Fenway Park. Prior to Red Sox baseball games, the parking spaces are metered, but they become priority spaces for Red Sox games. The majority of the spaces are located on Yawkey Way between Van Ness and Boylston Streets.

Accessible Spaces for Wheelchair Users

Wheelchair spaces are located in the Grandstand, Bleacher, Green Monster, Right Field Roof Deck, Loge Box, Infield and Right Field Roof Box and -EMC areas.

Accessible Seats for Hearing Impaired and/or Deaf Fans

Seating for hearing impaired fans is located in the Loge Box and Right Field Box areas. Hearing impaired fans may contact our Ticket Office by calling our TTY phone at (617)226-6644.

Accessible Seats for Visually Impaired and/or Blind Fans

Seating for visually impaired fans is located in the Field Box, Loge Box, and Grandstand Areas.

Accessible Seats for fans with Ambulatory Impairments

Seating for fans with ambulatory impairments is located in the Grandstand, Right Field Box, and Bleacher areas.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted listening devices are available to those fans hard of hearing. The devices can be picked up prior to the game at the Customer Service booths at Gates D, E, and the Big Concourse. A picture ID or credit card must be held during the game and will be returned when the device is brought back.

Automated Teller Machines (ATM)

ATMs are located at (1) Gate E/3rd Base Concourse; (2) Gate A/Yawkey Way; (3) Gate D/Homeplate; (4) Gate B/The Big Concourse; and the (5) State Street Pavilion Level. All of these "Bank of America" ATMs are equipped with headphone jacks for enhanced audio capacity and signage in Braille.

Braille and Large Print Schedules

Braille and large print schedules are available in the Red Sox Ticket Office and at the Customer Service booths located at Gate D, Gate E and the Gate B/Big Concourse. They can also be mailed to you upon request by calling (877) RED-SOX9 or writing to the Ticket Office at 4 Yawkey Way, Boston Massachusetts 02215.

Elevators

Gate D has three (3) elevators available that provide access to wheelchair spaces and seats located in the: Infield Grandstand; Green Monster and Infield Roof Box areas.

Gate B has one (1) elevator available that provides access to wheelchair spaces located in the Right Field Grandstand; Right Field Roof Deck; and Right Field Roof Box areas.

Escalators

There are escalators located at Gate A that service the State Street Pavilion and the luxury suites.

Fenway Park Tours

Visit the park where the Babe pitched, The Kid hit, Yaz dazzled, and Pedroia and Ortiz still thrill young fans today. Soak up the rich history; hear the echoes of the past while strolling around Fenway Park. Fenway Park tours are fully accessible and guests with access concerns do not need to schedule tours in advance. Fans are welcome to request special assistance for tours. Tour tickets are available for purchase at the Gate D Ticket Booth, located on the corner of Yawkey Way and Van Ness Street, hourly seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m, and on game days the last tour departs 3 hours before game time. First Aid Room

The First Aid Station is staffed by Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, the official medical provider to the Red Sox. Fans with injuries can receive emergency treatment at the First Aid Station located on the lower concourse on the right field side near Section 12

Information/Customer Service

The Boston Red Sox make every effort to preserve the family atmosphere and ensure that all fans are able to enjoy the game in comfort. For the convenience of our fans, ushers and security staff are posted throughout the ballpark. Any fan in need of assistance of any kind is urged to visit our Customer Service booths, where trained members are ready to assist. Customer Service booths are located at (1) the Big Concourse; (2) Gate D/Homeplate; (3) Gate E/3rd Base Concourse. Wheelchair Escorts are also available for guests that need assistance to and from their seats.

Restrooms

There are accessible restrooms servicing all accessible seating areas. There are also family restrooms available at the Customer Service booth at Gate E, behind grandstand sec. 18, next to the elevator in the Big Concourse, as well as on the pavilion level (behind pavilion box 14, and above pavilion box 2).

Service Animals

Certified service dogs for guests with disabilities are welcome at Fenway Park. All other animals are prohibited. If special accommodation is requested, please contact the ticket office at 877-REDSOX9.

Ticket Information

The price levels for ADA accessible seating are equivalent to the prices for corresponding regular seating ticket prices. Ticket information may be found in the Seating and Pricing section of the Web site.
