Giants season-ticket holder wants to return Hunter Pence’s magic bat

On Monday night, just an hour the Giants beat the Cardinals to win the NL pennant, Hunter Pence's broken bat was sold for $400 at in the "From the Clubhouse" store in AT&T Park.

Not a cheap price to say the least. But at the time it was sold, the bat's magical powers had yet to go viral. As you've probably heard by now, Pence's bat did something that previously no one thought was possible. The bat nearly hit the ball three times with just one swing.

Understandably, even though it's broken, Pence would like the bat back. Fryer (yes, he names all his bats) was also used to hit his home run in Game 4.

And he might just get his wish. A season-ticket holder for the Giants said that he has contacted the Giants and wants to give the bat back to Hunter.
