I already bought a regular game ticket to the same game as a group event. Can I still receive the giveaway item?

Unfortunately, there is not a process for exchanging regular game tickets for group event tickets.
How do I know that I have purchased the correct ticket?
Each specific group event has a website where you can purchase the correct ticket. In addition, every special group event that has a giveaway item will have the event name listed on the ticket. If you have any other question please call the account representative listed on the website referencing the event.
How will I receive my giveaway item?
Group event giveaway items must be collected on the day of the game at Safeco Field. The pick-up location will be listed on the group event's website. The giveaway item will be available beginning when the gates open through the 4th inning (or while supplies last). Please note that sized items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Am I guaranteed to receive the group event giveaway item?
In most cases, yes. A fan that purchases a group event ticket will be guaranteed the giveaway item, unless the group event specifies that the item may be limited. Items are only available at Safeco Field on the day of the special event and through the 4th inning.
I'm a Season Ticket Holder. Do my season tickets include the giveaway items?
The promo packs available for purchase to season ticket holders do not include any group event giveaways. As noted above, you must have the group event ticket to receive the giveaway item. There may be a few exceptions for half and full season ticket holders; please consult your season ticket representative or the account rep listed on the group event website with any questions.
