Q. If my tickets sell, how do I get them to the buyer?

We are working with StubHub on a process where any baseball ticket purchased through StubHub will be delivered to the buyer digitally and you as the seller will not need to do anything more than confirm ticket that you are selling. Any enhancements to the way in which you will use the current StubHub service to sell your tickets will be communicated to you as early as possible so that this service continues to be clear and easy to use.

If available, season ticket holders should post tickets for re-sale through My Account/My Tickets on a Major League Baseball team website. Tickets posted this way will receive an icon indicating that the tickets can be received via instant eDelivery. In this case, StubHub takes care of delivering the tickets to the buyer for you - at no charge. You don't need to ship or upload anything. When your tickets sell, you'll get an email from StubHub telling you when to expect your payment.

Otherwise, when your tickets sell on StubHub you'll receive an email with instructions on how to confirm your order and a link to a pre-paid Fed-Ex airbill. Simply drop your tickets off at the nearest Fed-Ex location or drop box, and you're good to go.
