Programs and Outreach
Field of Dreams
Having a safe place to play baseball with their friends, join a team, complete their homework and learn from positive role models is the right of all children. Jays Care helps build safe, youth spaces, including baseball fields, in under-resourced neighbourhoods across Canada.
Grand Slam Grants
To help kids get the best start in life, Jays Care supports charity and community groups that offer programs focusing on helping children and youth in need get active, excel academically and lead healthy lives.
Rookie League
Through a partnership with Toronto Community Housing and Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada, Rookie League introduces kids living in under-resourced communities to the sport of baseball. Rookie League is celebrating its 25th season and will reach 5,000 children across Canada.
Home Run Scholars
Through a $1-million, national partnership with Pathways to Education, Home Run Scholars supports students in under-resourced neighbourhoods across Canada with mentoring, tutoring, and financial support to pursue their educational & career goals.
