This A-to-Z Guide is designed to assist our fans by presenting information about Washington Nationals/Nationals Park offerings and accommodations for the 2014 season. The information is presented in alphabetical order for your ease of use. Enjoy the season!

  • A

    Accessible Seating
    Seating is available on all levels. For accessible seating accommodations, please contact the Nationals Park Box Office at 202.675.NATS(6287) or nationals.com for more information.

    Advertising
    For advertising opportunities with the Washington Nationals or at Nationals Park, contact our Corporate Partnerships Department at corporatepartners@nationals.com.

    Aisle
    Please restrict movement in the aisles and other seating areas to breaks in the action. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (General Guidelines).

    Alcohol Policy
    Alcohol not purchased at Nationals Park is expressly prohibited in all ticketed areas. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY. District of Columbia law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Guests should be prepared to show proper identification showing proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at Nationals Park. Alcohol sales in general seating areas will end at the conclusion of the seventh inning, but may also be discontinued earlier at the discretion of the Nationals. Guests may not take any alcoholic beverages out of Nationals Park. The Nationals encourage all fans consuming alcohol to take public transportation or have a designated driver. See DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM, SPONSORED BY MILLER LITE.

    All-Star Balloting
    All-Star Ballots stations will be available throughout Nationals Park during select homestands of the voting period. Guests may cast their ballots for their favorite Nationals player at Nationals Park as well as submit votes online at nationals.com. Vote early, vote often and vote Nationals.

    ALD - Assisted Listening Devices
    Guests with hearing impairments may sign out an assistive listening device (ALD) free of charge from Guest Services located at the Center Field Gate. A valid government-issued ID will be held until the device is returned. These devices are available for all Nationals baseball games and events where the house sound system is used.

    Animals
    Certified service animals or service animals in-training for the disabled are welcome at Nationals Park. All other animals are prohibited, except in connection with certain special events or circumstances approved by the Washington Nationals. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (Prohibited Items).

    Autographs
    See SIGNATURE SUNDAYS PRESENTED BY NEW ERA.

    Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)
    PNC Bank and Industrial Bank ATMs are located on all levels of Nationals Park, behind Sections 106, 120, 134, 141, 213, 235, 242, 302 and 318, and outside of the Center Field Gate. Guests experiencing any problem related to an ATM should contact their financial institution. Neither the Nationals nor Nationals Park employees have access to the ATMs.

    Baby Changing Stations
    Baby changing stations or tables can be found in all public restrooms inside of Nationals Park.

    Bags And Backpacks
    No bags larger than 16"x16"x8" will be allowed into Nationals Park. All bags are subject to inspection. Guests are prohibited from bringing hard containers into Nationals Park. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (Prohibited Items).

    Ball Girls
    The Nationals employ two Ball Girls at every home game. Their main job is to field foul balls and give them to lucky Nats fans.

    Banners
    See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (Banners & Signs).

    Baseball Bats
    Baseball bats may not be brought into Nationals Park (other than miniature souvenir bats purchased at any of the Team Stores or Kiosks within Nationals Park). See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (Prohibited Items).

    Batting Practice
    Guests are invited to watch batting practice upon the opening of gates. The Center Field Gate will open approximately 2 1/2 hours prior to the start of each game. All other gates will open approximately 1 1/2 hours prior to the start of each game. Batting practice times are approximate and subject to change without prior notification and at the discretion of either team. See GATE OPENING TIMES.

    Beach Balls And Other Inflatable Items
    Beach balls and other inflatable items are prohibited in Nationals Park. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (Prohibited Items).

    Bicycles
    Nationals Park is bicycle friendly, with space for 250 bikes in bike racks located around the exterior of the ballpark. Bicycles are not permitted inside Nationals Park. Guests may also use the FREE Bicycle Valet, located just to the left of the entrance to Garage C, on First Street SE near N Street SE. The valet accepts bikes 2 1/2 hours before game time and will close one hour after the completion of the game. Guests can determine the best bike route at nationals.com/waytogo.

    Bicycles
    Nationals Park is bicycle friendly, with space for 250 bikes in bike racks located around the exterior of the ballpark. Bicycles are not permitted inside Nationals Park guests may also use the FREE Bicycle Valet.

    Bottles And Cans
    Glass, metal or plastic containers (except for factory-sealed, plastic water bottles no larger than one liter, kids juice boxes, insulin containers, baby food and empty water bottles) are prohibited at Nationals Park. Only one bottle of water per person will be permitted. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (Prohibited Items).

    Box Office

    The Nationals Park Main Box Office is located outside the Center Field Gate.

    • Hours of Operation - Main Box Office (Feb. 27-Sept. 28, 2014)

    Gamedays:

    • Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. until 30 minutes after the end of the game
    • Sunday, 9 a.m. (10 a.m. for evening games) until 30 minutes after the end of the game
    • For all games with a start time of 2 p.m. or earlier, the box office opens at 9 a.m. and closes 30 minutes after the end of the game.

    Non-Gamedays:

    • Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
    • Saturday 10 a.m.-3 p.m., closed non-game Sundays and holidays

    Guests can also purchase tickets on gamedays at three ticket windows in the following locations:

    • Adjacent to the Home Plate Gate
    • First Base Gate (open only on game dates when longer lines are anticipated)
    • Tickets for future games are available for sale at the Advance Ticket Sales Windows located inside Nationals Park, behind Section 103. The Advance Ticket Sales Windows close at the beginning of the seventh-inning stretch.

    Brooms, Poles, Staffs And Sticks
    Brooms, poles, staffs or sticks of any kind are not permitted inside of Nationals Park. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (Prohibited Items).

    Cameras and Video Equipment
    Guests are permitted to bring cameras and video equipment into Nationals Park, provided that they are intended for personal use only. Cameras with a lens longer than eight (8) inches may not be brought into Nationals Park, except by credentialed media. Filming of any game footage is strictly prohibited by Major League Baseball. While taking photographs, guests are not permitted to stand in the aisles, portals or walkways, or to obstruct others from viewing the game. Monopods and tripods are not permitted in Nationals Park. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (Prohibited Items).

    Cherry Blossom Trees
    Nationals Park has 14 Kwanzan Japanese Cherry Blossom Trees, eight of which are located in the Center Field Plaza. The remaining six Japanese Cherry Blossom Trees are located on the Main Concourse beyond the left field seating area. These trees were grown in southeastern Pennsylvania and were transplanted to Nationals Park on March 6, 2008, in an official dedication ceremony.

    Child Identification Bands
    Guests may obtain identification wristbands for their children, indicating their seat location in the event they become separated. Please visit any Guest Services location to speak to a Nationals representative.

    Children
    Children 2 years of age and under are not required to have a ticket to enter Nationals Park. If attending without a ticket, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Strollers must adhere to Nationals Park policies. See STROLLERS.

    Clubhouse Team Store
    Guests can purchase Nationals merchandise and apparel at any of the ballpark's Clubhouse Team Stores and at portable booths along the concourse. Nationals Clubhouse Stores can be found in the following locations:

    • The Main Clubhouse Team Store, located in the Center Field Plaza is accessible throughout the year.

    Hours of the Nationals Main Clubhouse Store are 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, on non-gamedays. On evening (7:05 p.m.) gamedays, the Main Clubhouse Team Store will open at 11 a.m. and close at 4:00pm to the public. All Nationals Clubhouse Stores will close at the conclusion of each game.

    • The Home Plate Clubhouse Store is located near the Home Plate Gate. It is accessible from inside Nationals Park once the gates are opened.
    • Clubhouse Team Store located on the 3rd base side of the Norfolk Southern Club
    • The 47 Brand located at section 114
    • The New Era located at section 131
    • The Women's Clubhouse Team Store located at section 140
    • Booths are located behind Sections 107, 236, 304, 312 and 319

    Community Relations
    The Nationals are committed to enhancing the quality of life for citizens in the Washington, D.C. region. Our primary focus is on initiatives that honor military families, encourage youth participation in baseball and softball, and support the education of our community. During each game, the team hosts charitable organizations at the Community Clubhouse located by the Red Porch in an effort to raise awareness about their various initiatives, projects and programs.     Concierge Service
    Concierge desk services are available in the Lexus Presidents Club, Washington Suites, PNC Diamond Club, PNC Diamond LOUNGE, both levels of the Norfolk Southern Club and on the Lincoln and Jefferson Suite levels. The concierge desk in these areas can provide guests with an array of services, including transportation information, restaurant recommendations, ticket information, team information, schedules and other special services upon request.

    Conference Center
    The Conference Center, which includes five individual meeting rooms, flanks the South Capitol Street side of Nationals Park. The Kennedy Room holds approximately 260 people, while the Eisenhower, Roosevelt, Taft and Reagan Rooms all hold between 25 and 60 people.     Coolers and Hard-Sided Containers
    Coolers and hard-sided containers are prohibited at Nationals Park. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (Prohibited Items).

    Customer Service
    For assistance with any service issue, Nationals Park guests can e-mail service@nationals.com. Customer Service team members are available throughout the game to assist with any service-related issue to the best of their ability.

    Designated Driver Program, presented by Miller Lite
    The Nationals and Miller Lite remind you that when celebrating with friends at Nationals Park, make sure you have a safe ride home. If you are a designated driver, visit the Designated Driver Kiosks behind the PNC Diamond Club on Main Concourse, behind Section 310 or any Guest Services location.

    Disabled Guest Services
    Nationals Park offers several accommodations for our disabled guests, including a number of ADA seating options, wheelchair-accessible entrances, ATMs, drinking fountains, elevators, ramps, restrooms and vision seating.

    Discounts
    The Washington Nationals offer several discounts throughout the season.

    Beltway Burger Pack: Burger Packs are available for Thursday and Friday games and include a ticket, burger, fries and a soda. Fans can choose from two seating options:

    $20 per pack ($22 for Prime Games): Upper Outfield Gallery

    $29 per pack ($33 for Prime Games): Outfield Reserved

    Harris Teeter Family Fun Pack:
    Fun Packs are available for Saturday and Sunday games and include a ticket, hot dog, Coca-Cola/Dasani beverage and bag of chips. Tickets must be purchased online at nationals.com/specials.

                    $19 per pack ($21 for Prime Games): Upper Right Field Terrace

                    $27 per pack ($32 for Prime Games): Outfield Reserved

    Miller Lite Party Night:
    Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night is Miller Lite Party Night, kicking off with a pregame party at the On Deck at Miller Lite Scoreboard Walk bar. Get a Scoreboard Pavilion seat and a drink - your choice of Coca-Cola product, Dasani water or beer (with valid ID) at the On Deck at Miller Lite Scoreboard Walk bar for $21 ($23 for prime games). Available online only at nationals.com/specials.

    Military, Seniors, Government Employees Discounts:
    For all non-marquee home games held throughout the 2014 season, senior citizens, government employees and active duty members of the military will receive a $5 discount off any ticket priced within select seating areas. Tickets must be purchased on gameday at the Nationals Park Box Office with the appropriate identification. Transactions are limited to one (1) ticket per person. Discount is not valid for Marquee games, Grandstand seating, Standing Room Only tickets or Suite seating. All tickets are subject to availability.     Student Super Saver Discount:

    Fans age 18 and under or with a valid student ID can save 25% off any ticket priced $25 or less. Tickets can only be purchased at the Nationals Park Box Office, day-of-game only. Limit one ticket per ID. Discount is not valid for Marquee games, Grandstand seating, Standing Room Only tickets or Suite seating. All tickets are subject to availability.     Donations

    Drinking Fountains
    Drinking fountains are located throughout Nationals Park behind Sections 108, 113, 119, 126, 134, 137, 142, 201, 205, 213, 220, 242, 303, 309 and 315.

    Elevators and Escalators
    There are three sets of elevators and three sets of escalators at Nationals Park. Elevators are located behind section 113 and 134 for access to all levels, and behind Section 120 for Lexus Presidents Club, Norfolk Southern Club Level and Press Box access.

    Emergency Evacuation
    In the event of an emergency, Nationals personnel have been trained and instructed to assist guests in evacuating Nationals Park. Guests are asked to remain calm and follow the instructions of Nationals personnel and the public address announcer.

    Employee Recognition
    The Nationals are committed to providing excellent customer service and are pleased to hear of employees who perform in an exemplary manner. If a guest would like to recognize any employees at Nationals Park, they are encouraged to send an e-mail to Service@nationals.com.

    Entering Nationals Park
    For the safety of everyone at Nationals Park, the Nationals require that all persons entering Nationals Park be searched for prohibited items. See GENERAL CONDUCT POLICY (Prohibited Items). This includes a thorough inspection of all jackets, coats, packages, bags, backpacks, purses and any other containers brought to any of the Nationals Park entry gates. In addition, guests may be randomly selected for security screenings with hand-held metal detectors.

    Family Fun Area
    Children young and old are invited to visit this kids-oriented play area located inside the Right Field Gate, adjacent to the Red Porch Restaurant. Here guests will find a jungle gym and other activities.
    NOTE: The following applies to Jungle Gym activities:

    • Children must be supervised by a parent or adult at all times.
    • The jungle gym area is designed for children ages 3-8 years old.
    • Socks are suggested to be worn for safe play.
    • The jungle gym will close at the discretion of Nationals Park management in the event of inclement weather (e.g. extreme heat, rain, etc.).

    Family Picnic Area
    The outdoor covered picnic area, located on the main concourse behind Sections 141-143, accommodates gameday groups of up to 250 people. For information call 202.675.NATS(6287) or email ticketinfo@nationals.com.

    Family Restrooms
    Family restrooms equipped with baby changing tables may be found on the concourses behind Sections 104, 114, 117, 235, 307 and 319.

    Fan Interference
    Fans are prohibited from touching, attempting to touch or generally interfering with a ball in play or a player during a game. Any guest doing so will be ejected from Nationals Park. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (General Guidelines).

    Fan Mail
    Letters should be addressed to specific players or coaches so they can be forwarded to individual recipients. Fans should be aware that players receive a large amount of fan mail each week and the Nationals cannot guarantee that a player or coach will respond. Fan mail should be sent to the following address:

    Guests should refrain from sending items for autographs or items of great value. The Nationals are not responsible for returning mailed items and do not accept items to be autographed for personal or charitable reasons. SEE DONATIONS

    Fan Support Line
    To discreetly report unruly behavior or security issues during the game, fans are encouraged to text "NATS" along with a brief description of the issue and its location to 69050 to contact Nationals Park officials when in need of assistance.

    Field Trespassing
    Any guest attempting to enter the field or cause objects to enter the field before, during or after a game or event will be subject to criminal prosecution and/or fines. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (General Guidelines).

    First Aid and Medical Services
    There are three First Aid locations inside Nationals Park, located behind Sections 107, 131 and 312. EMTs are inside the ballpark and ready to respond to emergencies. Guests requiring First Aid assistance are urged to contact any member of the Nationals gameday staff or report to any Guest Services locations. See GUEST SERVICES.

    Food and Beverage
    Visit nationals.com/concessions for food and beverage information. Also see OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE.

    Foul Balls, Home Run Balls and Bats
    All guests are asked to stay alert throughout the game for foul balls or bats that might leave the playing area. See INJURY DISCLAIMER. Guests are permitted to keep all foul and home run balls that are hit into the seats, but are asked to be cautious and courteous to others when collecting a ball. Bats entering the stands must be returned if requested by the Nationals or visiting team. Guests are prohibited from throwing balls back onto the field. Violators are subject to ejection or possible arrest. Any guest that interferes with a ball in play or the game in any way is subject to ejection from Nationals Park. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (General Guidelines).

    Gameday Staff Employment
    For those interested in employment as seasonal gameday staff (Guest Services, Concierge Services or Ticket Services), contact the Nationals at gameday.staff@nationals.com. Those interested in employment with Levy Restaurants (food service, concessions, etc.) should contact Levy directly at 202.640.7939.

    Gate Locations
    Nationals Park has several gate locations for entry and exit, including the Center Field Gate, with entry access on N Street SE; Left Field Gate, with entry access on South Capitol Street SE; Third Base Gate, with entry access on South Capitol Street SE; Home Plate Gate, with entry access on Potomac Avenue; First Base Gate, with entry access on Potomac Avenue SE; and Right Field Gate, with entry access on First Street SE.

    Gate Opening Times
    For all Nationals home games, the Center Field Gate will open 2 1/2 hours prior to first pitch. Guests will have access to the Red Porch, select concession stands and select center field sections to watch batting practice. All other gates will open 1 1/2 hours prior to first pitch. All gate opening times are subject to change.

    GEICO Presidents Race
    The GEICO Presidents Race takes place during the middle of the fourth inning and features "George" Washington, "Tom" Jefferson, "Abe" Lincoln, "Teddy" Roosevelt and "Bill" Taft. After their race, the Presidents appear in their photo station at the top of section 131 to pose for free photos with fans. The Racing Presidents are also available for hire to appear at public functions. Those interested in more information on the Racing Presidents should visit nationals.com/racingpresidents.     Grandstand Seating
    Seating in sections 401 and 402 offers a great value at $5 per ticket ($15 for Marquee Games). Grandstand seats go on sale at Nationals Park each gameday 2 1/2 hours prior to first pitch. Grandstand seats are limited to one (1) ticket per customer and the customer must be present at time of purchase. Upon purchasing Grandstand seating, fans must immediately enter Nationals Park.

    Green Design
    Nationals Park is the nation's first major professional stadium to become LEED Silver Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. The facility incorporates a variety of sustainable design elements and pays particular attention to issues affecting the health of the Anacostia River, such as storm water management and minimization of water pollution.

    Guest Experience Representatives
    Guest Experience Representatives are stationed throughout Nationals Park to assist guests and enforce Nationals Park rules and regulations. If someone is interfering with a guest's enjoyment of the game, a Guest Experience Representative should be contacted. Guest Experience Representatives are not permitted to solicit tips from guests; guests are asked to report any such solicitations to a Guest Services location (see GUEST SERVICES). Guests are asked to treat Nationals Park Ushers with courtesy and respect; by enforcing the rules, they are making Nationals Park a safer and more comfortable environment for all Nationals Park guests.     Guest Services
    Nationals Park contains three Guest Services locations behind Sections 103, 131 and 320. Guest Services locations open at the same time as the Nationals Park gates and remain open until 30 minutes following the game to assist guests with lost and found items, lost or missing guests, transportation information, emergencies, accommodations for guests with disabilities and any other questions or concerns guests might have.

    Healthy Walks by CareFirst
    For every walk drawn by a Nationals batter, CareFirst will make a donation to area Boys and Girls Clubs.

  • I

    In-Game Military Salute
    The Nationals offer premium seating in the exclusive Lexus Presidents Club for select military groups during every game, providing a special experience for wounded veterans, active duty service members and their families. A gourmet buffet, complimentary in-seat food and beverage service as well as views of the underground batting cages and postgame press conference are included. Honorees are recognized on NatsHD at the end of the third inning.

    Injury Disclaimer
    The ticket or card holder assumes all risk, danger and injury incidental to the game of baseball or related activities, whether occurring before, during or after the actual play of the game, including, but not limited to: the danger of being injured by thrown or broken bats, thrown or batted balls or other objects, or by others in attendance. Please refer to the back of your admission ticket or card for a more complete disclaimer. If you would like to lessen your risk, the Nationals will exchange your seat location for one in the UPPER DECK OR OTHER REMOTE AREA or, in the event of a sellout, will refund your purchase any time before the first pitch is thrown.

    Inline Skates
    Guests are encouraged to utilize various modes of transportation to travel to Nationals Park. Inline skating to Nationals Park can be a convenient, healthy alternative. However, guests must remove their inline skates prior to entering Nationals Park. Guests will be expected to store their skates safely under their seats. Additionally, skating on "heelies" is prohibited within Nationals Park. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (Prohibited Items).

    Junior Nationals Kids Club
    For all kids ages 12 and younger, the Jr. Nationals Kids Club, presented by Harris Teeter, is a great way to enjoy Nationals baseball. Based on membership level, members receive a membership card with lanyard, messenger bag, coupon book for discounts on tickets, front-of-line privileges for Kids Run the Bases and much, much more. For details, go to nationals.com/jrnats or stop by the Jr. Nationals kiosk near the Right Field Gate at Nationals Park during any Saturday or Sunday home game prior to the end of the third inning.

    K's for Kids presented by Toyota
    Every time a Nationals pitcher records a strikeout, Washington Area Toyota Dealers will make a $37 donation to The Children's Inn at NIH.

    Kids Run the Bases
    Children can join the fun and take part in Kids Run the Bases after select Sunday home games. Kids Run the Bases begins following the last out of the game. All kids ages 4-12 are encouraged to participate. Starting at first base, kids will be directed to run around the bases. Only one adult per child may accompany runners to the field, with the adult continuing along the warning track and then meeting the child near home plate. Jr. Nationals MVP members receive VIP, front-of-line privileges. Parents and guardians are encouraged to sign-up their kids for Jr. Nationals MVP membership at nationals.com/jrnats or at the Jr. Nationals kiosk near the Right Field Gate during Sunday home games.

    Laser Pointers
    Laser pointers and pens are prohibited inside of Nationals Park. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (Prohibited Items).

    Lexus Presidents Club
    Lexus Presidents Seats have access to the Lexus Presidents Club. Inside the Lexus Presidents Club, members enjoy sophisticated comfort, exceptional service and enhanced amenities, highlighted by complimentary gourmet chef's tables and all-inclusive draft beer and house wine amidst the elegance of a fine dining setting. This private club also includes two window walls that offer an insider's view of the home batting cage and press conference room.     Lost and Found
    Lost and found items will be turned in to the Nationals Park Main Guest Services Office located adjacent to the Center Field Gate. Guests may contact the Guest Services Office at lostandfound@nationals.com or 202.640.7580 to inquire about and/or retrieve lost items. Lost and Found is open during game hours only.

    Lost Children and Persons

    The NatPack, the official Nationals Park entertainment crew, is responsible for interacting with guests throughout the game. Guests may see the NatPack hosting various contests and promotions at Nationals Park and across the D.C. area.

    NatMobile
    The NatMobile creates the "Nats Experience on four wheels," reaching fans beyond Nationals Park. The NatMobile can be found at hundreds of events per year, including concerts, festivals, community events, youth baseball games and street fairs. Some events may also feature Screech, the famous Racing Presidents and/or

    Noisemakers
    Musical instruments and any type of noise-making devices not provided by the Nationals are prohibited in Nationals Park. Any exceptions will be at the discretion of the Nationals. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (Prohibited Items).

Metal, plastic or glass containers of any kind (except for factory-sealed, clear plastic water bottles, no larger than 1 liter, baby food, empty water bottles and juice boxes) are prohibited at Nationals Park.     Ten party suites are located on the Suite Level down the left field line. Each party suite accommodates 32 guests.     Located between the dugouts and close to all the action, the PNC Diamond Seats boast some of the best sightlines in Nationals Park. Expanded food service options include "Grab & Go Stations," a "Snack Attack Station" and enhanced in-seat service.     Railings
    For the safety of everyone at Nationals Park, guests are asked to refrain from sitting, standing or leaning on Nationals Park railings. See GUEST CONDUCT POLICY (General Guidelines).

    Rain Delays or Postponed Games
    The right to delay the start of a game rests with the home club. Once both team managers meet with the home plate umpire and exchange lineup cards, the right to determine whether the game will be interrupted or terminated is at the discretion of the Umpire-in-Chief. Under the provisions of the Official Playing Rules, the Umpire-in-Chief has sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play is halted, when play will resume and whether and when a game will be terminated due to bad weather or unsafe playing conditions. In the event of a postponed or cancelled game, guests are advised to check the Nationals website at nationals.com, the official Nationals Twitter account (@NATIONALS), local newspapers, Nationals media affiliates or the weather hotline at 202.640.7575 for further information. Even with inclement weather, the Nationals will make every effort to play scheduled games. In the event a legal game is not played due to weather, guests are asked to retain their tickets. The ticket will serve as a rain check for that re-scheduled game.

    Ramps
    There are two ramps at Nationals Park, both of which access the four public levels of Nationals Park. The ramps are located behind Sections 107 and 131.

    Recycling
    Coca-Cola Fan Cans can be found throughout Nationals Park and are designated recycling containers for plastic bottles and aluminum cans.

    Red Loft
    The Red Loft provides the perfect perch for Nationals fans to view the game. Located directly above the Red Porch, this area has direct access to the Red Loft bar.     Red Porch
    Red Porch seating in center field offers a distinct perspective from which to view the game. The red seats are within a short hop to the Red Porch Restaurant. The Red Porch is also available for private parties on non-gamedays. Send requests to events@nationals.com or call 202.640.RENT(7368).

    Reentry Policy
    Guests may not exit and reenter Nationals Park using the same ticket or card. However, in the event of an emergency, guests should contact a gate supervisor, who may permit a guest to reenter Nationals Park at the same gate. Guests who leave Nationals Park at any time (without the authorization of a gate supervisor) will not be permitted to reenter. Also see SMOKING POLICY.

    Resale of Tickets/Scalping
    Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited by the Nationals and District of Columbia law. Violators are subject to arrest and prosecution by the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department.

    Retired Numbers
    On April 15, 1997, Commissioner Allan H. "Bud" Selig announced the baseball-wide retirement of Jackie Robinson's uniform number 42. Robinson's number is displayed on the Terrace Level façade. To date, no Nationals players' numbers have been retired.

    Scoreboard Messages
    Nationals guests wishing to display general welcome, birthday and/or anniversary messages on the NatsHD scoreboard may do so by making a $100 donation to the Washington Nationals Dream Foundation at least 24 hours prior to the start of the game they wish to have their message appear. Scoreboard messages will be displayed between the end of the fourth inning and the top of the fifth inning.     Seating Policy
    The Nationals are committed to providing an affordable, guest-friendly, high-quality entertainment experience in a world-class facility. In order to ensure that all guests receive the value of their ticket purchase, only those persons with a particular ticket or card will be able to occupy that seat. Nationals staff will be checking tickets and cards to safeguard each customer's individual ticket purchase.

    Shirley Povich Media Center
    The press box in Nationals Park is named the Shirley Povich Media Center in honor of the late Hall-of-Fame baseball writer. A longtime friend of Nationals Principal Owner Theodore N. Lerner, Povich entertained fans with his daily musings in "This Morning with Shirley Povich" and his writings on baseball. Nationals Park's state-of-the-art video and audio system is an integral component of the Shirley Povich Media Center.

    Signature Sundays Presented by New Era
    Select Nationals players will sign autographs on Sundays on top of the first base (home) dugout. Please enter down the right side of the aisle and exit up the left side of the aisle. Players will sign autographs for approximately 20 minutes. First come, first served basis. One autograph per person. Weather permitting, subject to player schedules and timing. Fans are not guaranteed autographs or photographs.

    Smoking Policy
    Nationals Park is a completely non-smoking facility. Guests wishing to smoke must go to the designated smoking area at either the First Base Gate or the Third Base Gate. Guests wishing to exit Nationals Park to smoke must present a valid ticket and receive a wristband before exiting Nationals Park. Guests wishing to reenter Nationals Park must return with a valid ticket and assigned wristband. Guests may not exit and reenter Nationals Park using only an admission ticket for any reason.

    Spring Training
    The Nationals get things started each spring in sunny Viera, Florida. Fans are encouraged to enjoy some sun and join friends and neighbors for Grapefruit League action at Space Coast Stadium.     Norfolk Southern Club
    This well-appointed, two-story, 33,000 square foot dining lounge and bar channels all the energy and excitement of the game - indoors. Two full-service bars, including the festive lounge, provide the perfect spot to enjoy the game. Access to the Club and Mezzanine Levels requires guests to have a proper ticket.     Statues
    World-renowned husband and wife artists Omri Amrany and Julie Rotblatt, along with Jody Rotblatt, Sean Bell and Oscar Leon, worked hundreds of hours to bestow on Nationals Park the likes of Josh Gibson, Frank Howard and Walter Johnson in white bronze. These Negro League Baseball, Major League Baseball and D.C. sports icons have now staked claim to the Center Field Plaza where they can be seen, admired, discussed and argued over by all who enter the gates of Nationals Park. Known for many types of art mediums, the team from the Fine Art Studio of Rotblatt-Amrany in Highwood, Ill. has created such artistic immortalizations as Michael Jordan, "Magic" Johnson, Gordie Howe, Ty Cobb and - Mr. Take Me Out to the Ballgame himself - Harry Caray.

    Strollers
    Strollers are permitted in all concourse areas at Nationals Park. Strollers that are unable to fold and fit under a Nationals Park seat must be checked either at a Guest Services location, the Center Field Plaza or behind Sections 131 or 321 If a guest has a stroller that, once folded, will fit under a Nationals Park seat, he/she will be permitted to take it to their seat. However, the Nationals are not responsible for the stroller if it has not been checked.

    Suites
    The Washington, Lincoln and Jefferson Suites deliver some of the most breathtaking sightlines in Nationals Park. Boasting condominium-like atmospheres, each suite features leather chairs surrounded by granite-top tables, porcelain tile flooring and fine woven carpeting. The 42-inch flat screen HD-television over a marble-top wet bar enhances the condominium atmosphere. Retractable glass doors open up to three tiers of outdoor seating offer a stunning view of the playing field.

    Taxi Service
    After the game, catch a cab at the convenient Taxicab Stand located on the north side of M Street SE between South Capitol St SE and Half St SE. The Taxi Stand begins operating approximately 2 hours after the first pitch and remains open until approximately 1/2 hour after the game's conclusion.

    Televisions and Radios
    Personal televisions and radios may be brought into Nationals Park, though the use of headphones is required.

    Ticket Services
    Located behind the Main Box Office at the Center Field Gate, Ticket Services provides assistance to patrons on gamedays beginning 2 1/2 hours prior to first pitch. Fans with questions regarding accessible ticketing accommodations, purchasing ticket upgrades and ticket entry problems should report to Ticket Services for assistance.

    Daily tours of Nationals Park are offered from March through mid-November. Please check the availability of tour dates at nationals.com/tours. The cost of tour tickets is $15 for adults, with discounts available for kids, seniors, active duty military with an ID card and groups of 15 or more. Proceeds from the tours benefit the Washington Nationals Dream Foundation. Tickets are available for purchase online, by phone and at the Nationals Park Box Office located at the Center Field Gate.     Small, collapsible umbrellas that will fit into a backpack or bag of the maximum allowed size (See BAGS AND BACKPACKS) are allowed in Nationals Park.     Nationals Park guests are encouraged to visit D.C.'s other attractions on their way to the ballpark. In addition to the area around the Navy Yard and Southwest Waterfront (Green Line), guests can take the Orange/Blue Line to the Capitol South Metro and walk to Nationals Park along New Jersey Ave to M Street. Guests can also take the Orange/Blue Line to the Eastern Market station and enjoy a multitude of restaurant and retail offerings along Barracks Row's 8th Street SE.     Washington Nationals Dream Foundation
    The Washington Nationals Dream Foundation and the Washington Nationals Baseball Club are committed to community partnerships that improve the lives of children and families across the Washington Capital Region. The Dream Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable organization, and its cornerstone programs focus on children's education, health and recreation. The Dream Foundation partnered with the District of Columbia Government and Events DC to build the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy, a state-of-the-art facility located east of the Anacostia River in Ward 7's Fort Dupont Park. Opened in March, 2014, the Academy operates as a year-round educational and athletic facility that uses baseball and softball as vehicles to foster positive character development, academic achievement and improved health among at-risk Washington, D.C., youth. The nine-acre campus includes three baseball fields and a clubhouse featuring indoor training facilities, classrooms, community rooms, and a teaching kitchen. The Dream Foundation provided the lead gift for the construction of the Washington Nationals Diabetes Care Complex at Children's National Medical Center, which opened in June, 2013. The facility features state-of-the-art treatment rooms, a multi-functional education center, a media room, a demonstration kitchen, computer kiosks and various other tools to empower families battling diabetes. The Dream Foundation also provides grants, in-kind donations and additional resources to support nonprofit organizations in the area surrounding Nationals Park and beyond through the Neighborhood Initiative. The Dream Foundation raises money through special events, raffles, memorabilia auctions and the sale of team-related merchandise. Revenue from fans' scoreboard messages and professional tours of Nationals Park benefit the Foundation as well. Fans may also support the Foundation by purchasing personalized baseballs for display on the Nationals Park Wall of Dreams and through online donations.     Weapons and Firearms
    Weapons and firearms of all kinds are prohibited in Nationals Park, with the exception of law enforcement officials licensed to carry weapons.     Will Call
    Nationals Park offers a variety of methods for guests looking to pick up or leave tickets at Will Call.

    • On gamedays, beginning two hours prior to first pitch, the Will Call Box Office on the corner of First St. SE & N St. SE is specifically set up for online and phone orders purchased through Tickets.com or nationals.com, front office and third-party Will Call. Fans looking to drop off tickets for late-arriving guests should fill out a will call envelope and leave the tickets at the Will Call Box Office. The Will Call Box Office will remain open until the end of the third inning.
    • Nationals player, visiting player, coaches and umpire tickets can be found at the Club, Suites & Media Entrance Box Office located behind home plate at the corner of Potomac Avenue SE and South Capitol St. SE.
    • After the third inning, all will call tickets will be moved to the Nationals Park Box Office at the Center Field Gate. The Nationals Park Box Office will remain open until 30 minutes after the game for will call and advance ticket sales.
    • Guests looking to pick up will call tickets that were purchased online through nationals.com or Tickets.com can also use any of the ticket kiosks located around Nationals Park.
    • Patrons picking up will call tickets need to provide a valid photo ID and, if purchased online, the credit card used to purchase the tickets
